Shipping policy:

After receiving your order, we will send you an email to confirm the delivery time with you.If all items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 3 business days from the time you placed it. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items first and ship the pre-order items once back in stock. The estimated wait time for each pre-order item is stated on the product page. Shipments are not made on weekends and federal holidays.

Returns policy:

Your satisfaction is iFamiLove's top priority-whether it's the size, color, or anything else. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns for 30 days after purchase. Feel free to use

Please note the following provisions:
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Item(s) must be in their original packaging and condition, with labels attached. Laundered items cannot be returned.
  • Item(s) must have been purchased through ifamilove.com.
  • Returns are refunded to the original method of payment.
  • Exchanges cannot be made. We invite you to return any unwanted item(s) and make a new purchase.
  • All sales become final after 30 days from receipt of shipment.
Once your return order has been received by us, please allow up to 7 business days for it to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed. Once you receive a refund notification, the refund will show on your credit card in 24-48 hours.
